Dear Mr. Koirala:

 

I write to you with mixed emotions. One year ago, you provided me with an opportunity to launch my career after I just completed my MBS. I am grateful for all the learning and working experiences from the past one year. Recently, however, an opportunity for a management position came to my attention and I applied for the same and being selected for the post.

 

Being your employee has been very enjoyable over the last one year, but sadly I must move on in order to do what is best for me and my career. I hope to stay in touch and want to thank you again for all the kindness.

 

Please consider this my resignation letter from my position as Assistant Finance Manager at Kailash Hydropower PVT. LTD. Effective January 12.
